Mr. Casey Butaud has dedicated his entire professional career to the real estate industry. Mr. Butaud received his real estate license in 1996 after proudly serving his country in the United State Marine Corps and receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Business, with an emphasis in real estate. He founded the company in 2000 and heads up the contractual matters, brokerage efforts, and company operations.  

Mr. Butaud continues to seek innovative marketing and investment strategies to aid our clients’ ever-evolving needs. His philosophy for Black Label Commercial Group is to always put our customers first, and assist in their unique and specific requirements. Mr. Butaud continues to work daily in the company operations.

Mr. Beau Harris began his career in commercial brokerage and development ten years ago. Mr. Harris has a proven record of accomplishment, success, and commitment to the industry has negotiated over $400,000,000 in transactions during his career. With extensive experience in all aspects of commercial brokerage Beau’s primary focus is on the firms build to suit and development opportunities. Beau has cultivated relationships with some of the top lenders, architects, engineers, and general contractors in the Houston area which allows him to offer clients the expert advice and services they need when perusing build to suit and development options.

Beau is a graduate of Sam Houston State University with a degree in Business Management and Political Science. When not working, Beau enjoys spending time with his wife Jessica and their sons Beckett, Gentry, and Jagger.

Mrs. Angela Hill began her career in pharmaceutical litigation where she gained extensive knowledge and experience as a project manager and business analyst overseeing daily operations and processes. Over the course of her career, Mrs. Hill has managed and trained several teams while developing highly effective and efficient systems for day to day operations. 
 
She received a Texas Real Estate License in 2019 and transitioned into the real estate field where she joined the Black Label team. She leverages her vast experience and passion for real estate to manage a portfolio of commercial properties for the property management division while overseeing the daily operations of the Black Label real estate team.

Mrs. Amy Woods joined Black Label Commercial Group in August of 2022. She has built her background in the Real Estate industry, having experience in the Title Company Business, Residential Construction, Residential Sales, HOA Management, Property Management, and is a licensed Realtor® of Texas.

As Transaction Coordinator, she is hardworking and strives to deliver the utmost professional care to her clients and team at Black Label Commercial Group.

Mrs. Woods is a College Station and Texas A&M native. She studied at Texas A&M Galveston for 2 years before returning to her hometown of College Station to continue her education at the main campus of Texas A&M. She worked towards a degree in Sociology and Psychology, which helped build her enthusiastic and sincere demeanor when working with clients and customers.

Mr. Currenn Lim is a native Houstonian and has lived here and watched Houston continually grow for over 25 years. He began his Real Estate career in 2015 after attending Southwest Texas State University finishing with a Bachelor’s in Sociology and Associates in Business Management. Currenn started his career in Residential before switching to Commercial in 2019 primarily focusing on tenant representation, land acquisition, and market research. What he enjoys most about Real Estate is helping guide clients through Real Estate transaction process from beginning to end and building lasting relationships. Currenn brings his extensive market knowledge and attention to client’s detail to the Black Label Team.

Mr. Hunter Spielman attended The University of Texas at Arlington where he graduated in December of 2018 with a degree in finance. He started working in real estate immediately after graduation as a broker’s assistant with a very reputable firm in downtown Houston. Then made the jump to Black Label in 2020 to continue to learn and grow his career. Hunter’s main responsibilities include new client acquisition, landlord and landowner representation, market research, and investment analysis. In his free time, Hunter is an avid outdoorsman and likes to spend time with family and friends.

Mr. Ethan Hummel is a Texas-licensed real estate professional and proud Texas A&M University alumnus (B.S., Agricultural Economics—Finance & Real Estate). As a member of Black Label Commercial Group, he brings a full-cycle perspective across development, investment, and brokerage.

Before joining Black Label, he oversaw commercial projects at Stratton Development & Construction. Driven by a lifelong passion for real estate and development, he earned his license at a young age and set ambitious goals from the start.

He has brokered millions of dollars in transactions spanning land acquisitions, commercial buildings, and luxury homes, and serves as president of a private real estate investment company. Focused on client relationships, five-star service, market insight, and clear communication, he pursues projects that create lasting community impact and foster repeat client relationships. Outside of work, he prioritizes faith, family, and fitness—and you’ll often find him outdoors.

Mr. Harrison Walz attended Texas A&M University where he majored in communication and business. After graduating in May of 2023, he ambitiously began his commercial real estate career at Black Label focusing on new customer acquisition and market research. Harrison is dedicated to fostering strong client relationships while confidently navigating clients through real estate transactions.

Harrison prides himself on helping others and is always working to become the best version of himself. In his free time, you can probably find him in the gym.
